What was your favorite part of taking dance lessons for the wedding?
It was a fun bonding activity for us - something light-hearted to look forward to each week that was still relevant to the wedding, but a lot less stressful than the rest of the planning. We also loved working with Rachael - and her fun choreography got an amazing response from our guests.
"I was nervous (in a good way) and giddy going into the dance - I couldn't stop smiling. The dance itself was great fun - we laughed through the whole thing, and I can't remember any mistakes we may have (most definitely) made. It was just a blast - and it produced some of our favorite moments, pictures, and memories from our wedding day.” -Kinsley
Bill & Kinsley’s First Dance Advice:
1) No matter how bad a dancer you think you are, no one expects you to be Fred Astaire - your guests will just be impressed that you learned something besides the "high school sway." Trust me on this.
2) It's worth the effort - no matter what your first dance looks like, it's going on permanent record in pics/video anyway, so it's nice to have something unique to show for it and to look back on.
3) Relax and have some fun with it - you're in great hands with BDC!
